We are always looking for new members of any age.  Although productions are mainly for an adult cast, the Christmas show is likely to include younger actors like the talented group featured on the right (the older ones are in the picture too) who brought the house down in our December 2007 production of Alan Bennett’s Wind in the Willows.  

 

Previous acting experience is not neccessary for those who would like to “tread the boards” but if acting is not for you help is always needed for backstage and other supportive roles.  

 

These include: -

• Lighting and sound.
• Programme production, posters and ticket sales.
• Promotion, advertising and media links.
• Front of house support.

 

Whist, naturally, the main focus of the group is putting on our plays, we arrange other social events such as trips to other theatres, and recently enjoyed an excellent meal out at Main Street restaurant.  

 

Subscription Rates (12 Months):  Full Member:£8. Junior Member (16 years and under and full-time students) £5. Patron (by individual arrangement).
