Babes in the Wood
Thanks to all the cast and crew who worked so hard to make Babes in the Wood such a hugely enjoyable success. Some photos taken during two of the performances are on the Babes in the Wood pages. Thank you even more to our paying audience who turned out in such large numbers to support the show. We hope you enjoyed it and will come and see us again. Particular thanks go out from us to the Performance Drama School and its young well-rehearsed dancers who added a bit of extra magic to the show. The pantomime was entered into the Wharfedale Festival of Theatre competition and, guess what, we’ve been nominated for some awards in the following categories:
Best Principal Boy: Emilie Miriam
Best Pantomime Fairy: Jenny Webster
Best Pantomime Villain: John Wise
Very well done indeed to these three. The awards will be announced at Wharfedale’s very own Oscars ceremony on 10 July 2010
